Rotation animation does not rotate objects

Solutions

1.Create rotation keyframes
2.Set different rotation values (in degrees)
3.Ensure rotation origin point is correct
4.Check that timeline is playing
5.Verify keyframes are on the correct layer
6.Try using transform rotation instead of effect rotation
