Stroke or border settings are not visible or applied

Solutions

1.Enable stroke in the properties panel
2.Increase stroke width if too thin
3.Set stroke color to a visible color (not transparent)
4.Check if stroke opacity is 0%
5.Ensure shape is selected
6.Try toggling stroke off and on
