Blur effect is not visible

Solutions

1.Increase blur radius value
2.Enable blur effect in effects panel
3.Ensure effect is not clipped by artboard
4.Check if blur amount is too subtle
5.Try applying blur to a high-contrast object
6.Verify hardware acceleration is enabled
