Effect presets cannot be saved or reused

Solutions

1.Create effect combination first
2.Click "Save as Preset" in effects panel
3.Name your preset appropriately
4.Check if you have storage space
5.Try saving individual effects first
6.Verify preset is saved before applying elsewhere
