Solutions
- 1.Select the eyedropper tool (I key)
- 2.Click on a color in the canvas
- 3.Ensure the shape has a fill or stroke color
- 4.Try clicking directly on a colored pixel
- 5.Check if the tool is in the correct mode
- 6.Refresh the page if tool is not responding
