Solutions
- 1.Select multiple objects before grouping (Ctrl+G or Cmd+G)
- 2.Use Ctrl+Shift+G or Cmd+Shift+G to ungroup
- 3.Ensure all selected objects are on the same artboard
- 4.Check if objects are already grouped
- 5.Try selecting objects in the layers panel
